Bevel:  I visited RDG in Des Moines, in early June 2006. I was struck by the innovative physical facilities; by the manner in which people interacted with each other; and took pride in the work that they had accomplished. Zebra’s stamp on RDG was unmistakable as it had percolated every nerve and every action of RDG. 
I actually went into the details and reviewed the superior performance that was delivered as a result of using Zebra, over a longish period of time. 
Zebra has the ability to tie in a given fee with available resources.  RDG can tweak the allocation of resources continually as emergencies and actual situations emerge.  RDG can therefore manage for results deliverable to clients.  It has a performance management system which is a differentiator.
