Text Box: Project Costs are based upon the Project Scope. During the life cycle of a project any change in the projects ‘Scope’ changes the Cost.
Any change in Cost, triggers Zebra’s Algorithms (the Money to time Engine) to dynamically manage Time and generate fresh schedules.
This is consistent with Carl Chatfield's management of the Triangle of Constraints (Cost, Time & Scope). Changing one constraint affects the other two.
Zebra manages the same three constraints Dynamically. A change in Scope, changes the Cost which triggers the Algorithms (The Money to time engine) to dynamically manages Time.
This minimizes the need for micro management by experienced Project Managers.
Zebra thus enables Projects to be completed on Budget and on Time.
